Relations gouvernementales

At Impact Public Affairs, our seasoned political consultants understand government and are keenly aware of the current administration’s motivations and constraints. As former senior political aides, our consultants have developed and maintained key relationships with the current government at both the executive and legislative branches. This enables Impact Public Affairs to initiate, manage and implement all aspects of our clients’ short and long-term government relations projects.

National Health Food Month (NHFM)

Impact worked with the Canadian Health Food Assocation on an award-winning nationwide community awareness campaign to promote National Health Food Month (NHFM) to Members of Parliament through the theme, vialis 40mg “Celebrate your health naturally.”

The NHFM campaign was recognized internationally with a 2008 Summit International Award in the Community Relations Category. Entries came from 25 countries, including Canada, South Africa, China, Australia, England, and the United States and were judged by a group of well-respected marketing and advertising executives from such internationally recognized companies as Ogilvy & Mather, SAATCHI & SAATCHI and Velocity Design Works.

The Celebrate your health naturally campaign included many different components, including an outreach program to CHFA members, targeting decision makers, media and relevant Members of Parliament and federal elected officials.

“CHFA is extremely grateful to Impact for their creativity, guidance and expertise and we are thrilled that this campaign has won an international award. We look forward to working with Impact in the future to increase awareness for our industry and promoting among Canadians the necessary tools which will enable them to achieve optimal health and well being.”

CHFA President and CEO, Penelope Marrett.
